Job Description:
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Conduct daily stand up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospective
- Regular project status update to head of R&D
- Work with product owner to gather requirements
- Continuously help the team to make progress on the project
Requirement:
- Previous experience as Scrum Master or similar role
- Understanding of agile methodologies and its best practices
- Experiences in using project management tools
- Leadership
- Preferably have experiences or knowledge about cybersecurity products
- Result oriented and require minimal supervision to achieve target
- Good communication skills
