Job Description:

  • Provide and assist with talent scouting.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
  • Provide and assist with training and people development enhancement.
  • A link between management and employees
  • Responsible to keep update the data of hiring and termination to do HR Metrics.
  • Responsible for making and evaluating the realization budgeting plan.
  • Accommodate and execute plans, strategies, and improvements for business continuity.
  • Develop reliable policies and procedures in accordance with the applicable provisions.
  • Execute the monthly payroll and be responsible to do annual performance evaluations.
  • Execute the internal database to be complete and accurate.
  • Reviewing and keeping updated on company structure

Requirement:

  • Education Background: Min bachelor’s degree in any major (preferences IT or psychology background)
  • Experience: 5 years experience as Human Resources Leader
  • Having the best Presentation, Communication, Conflict Management, convincing & influencing skills.
